El rafting es una actividad deportiva que consiste en el descenso o navegación de un tramo de río en un bote neumático, junto con otros tripulantes, siguiendo las órdenes dadas por el guía responsable de la embarcación. Es una práctica de gran aceptación tanto para mayores como pequeños, ya que reúne muchos de los factores que nos aseguran diversión en un entorno natural fascinante y desconocido. Se trata de un deporte en equipo que necesita la implicación de cada uno de los componentes, y tiene una parte importante de improvisación por parte del guía, el cual nos aportará una buena dosis de emoción y adrenalina.

We propose a route that will take us walk through the streets of three villages in the valley: Salardú, Unha and Bagergue. We will get to know its most emblematic buildings, as well as some of its producers and artisans. The route between villages is a pleasant walk through the forest following a path next to the river. However, the route is adaptable and can be done on foot, or by vehicle, depending on the conditions of the group.

We propose a route full of history that begins at the Salt de la Núvia (the Bridal's jump). Legend says that a bride jumped from that point when she discovered the isolated village where she had to go to live after getting married. From there, there are magnificent views of the Collegats Gorge and its rocky and arid landscape. The route ascends along a medieval path used over time by the inhabitants of the troglodytic village of Espluga (1000m), now abandoned. You will reach the village after a sharp curve and you will be able to enjoy the ancient buildings built inside the rock. The last part of the route consists of a continuous descent until reaching the confluence with the Noguera Pallaresa river, where a fun zip-line activity awaits us to cross the river and reach the main road.
The Vall Fosca (Dark Valley in Catalan) receives this name due to the lack of sunshine hours as it is surrounded by steep mountains. At the top of the valley, there are more than twenty lakes located at the bottom of peaks over 2,500 meters high, which are part of Aigüestortes National Park. The lakes in this valley form an ensemble joined by tunnels that are used to constantly supply water to two power plants.
The proposed route will first take us up to Lake Gento by cable car, and from there, we will go to Colomina Refuge. After spending the night in the refuge, the next day we will have the opportunity to visit the different lakes in Vall Fosca, to later start the return following first an old railway track and then the Pigolo path until reaching Sallente dam.

Groundhogs are rodent animals, from the same family as squirrels, who live in high mountain areas. They usually hide in galleries or between rocks, and have a herbivorous diet. In addition, they achieve great communication between members of the same species through very characteristic sounds, especially to warn of dangers.
The proposed route will take us from Sant Maurici to Amitges, passing through the Ratera lakes. After spending the night in the refuge, the next day we will have the opportunity to climb one of the most emblematic peaks of the park: Ratera Peak, at more than 2800 meters high.

We have grouped the second block of five stages under the name of Northern Ramat. The first day begins in the town of Àreu, the last town in Vallferrera. A guided hiking route through Aigüestortes and Lake Sant Maurici National Park, in the Catalan Pyrenees. The start is in Boí Valley and and the end in Espot, crossing the park from west to east. The route, which requires a medium level of physical condition and a minimum hiking habit, allows to discover in the same day the two natural wonders that give the park its name: Aigüestortes and Lake Sant Maurici. You will spend the previous night in a traditional mountain hotel with a local atmosphere in Vall de Boí. The tour is led by a local mountain guide with very good knowledge of both the region and the techniques of mountain progression.
Outdoor Adventour offers you the possibility of practicing your favorite winter sport in one of the places with the best snow in the Pyrenees, Port-Ainé resort. Its north face situation arouses always a good quality of snow which allows to enjoy a good day of skiing or snowboarding from the first to the last hour at this family resort.

You will arrive in the Pyrenees in time to relax with a SPA circuit at the hotel in order to rest after a long journey. On the following morning, our local guide will take you through the snowy forests of Alt Pirineu Natural Park on a snowshoeing route. You will end the day with an astronomy activity to learn about the night sky and Pyrenean mythology while tasting local spirits. If you want more, you can extend the trip with an extra activity before returning home.

Aigüestortes and Lake Sant Maurici National Park is the only national park in Catalonia. Located at the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees, it has altitudes that range between 1200 and 3000 meters and is formed by a spectacular set of steep peaks and vertiginous ridges, lush forests and green meadows, where water plays the main lead with more than 200 lakes, as well as rivers, ravines and wetlands.
The route will start with a 4x4 transfer from Espot to Lake Sant Maurici. From there, we will start the snowshoeing route through the Monestero Valley following a path that will take us to Lake Ratera. We will finish back in Sant Maurici, where a taxi will take us to Espot meaning the enf of the activity.

We will enjoy a good dinner, gathering afterwards by the heat of the fire to remember the anecdotes of the journey. At night, we will go on an expedition to contemplate the night sky, stars and constellations. The next day we will climb a small peak where we will enjoy incredible views of the snowy landscapes of the valley and the nearby peaks, until we return to the refuge where a revitalizing lunch will await us before taking the way back and ending the adventure.

Its variety of high and mid-mountain landscapes shapes this space as a setting rich in both natural elements and architectural and historical heritage: high geological values, diversity of flora and fauna, more than a hundred lakes of glacial origin, as well as many anthropic elements of great interest such as a mosaic of meadows and forests, huts, etc. which give life to this entire territory.

On the first day, the activity will start in the evening and consists of a 4×4 route which will take us along never-ending tracks in the reserve. We will stop several times along the way to watch the animals existing in the reserve. On the second day, we will start the route in the morning. First, we will stop at an area of supplementary feeding for birds of prey, where you will experience a wildlife show at the reach of your hand. Taking a camera is a must to capture this unique moment, when birds of prey, deer and foxes share a feast a few metres away from the hide. Then, the 4×4 route will continue until the starting point of the 30min hike which will take you on top of Boumort Peak, place where you will enjoy a picnic lunch with the best views in the area.
An authentic safari in one of the most unexplored and remote locations in Catalonia, Boumort Wildlife Reserve.
The day begins with a 4×4 route that will take us through the endless tracks of the reserve. During the day we will stop at a strategic fixed point from where we will try to spot deer specimens with the help of binoculars and a terrestrial telescope. Hopefully, we will be able to hear and observe the deer rut to attract the females. Later, we will go on a walking route to interpret the traces that the animals leave in the forest. The route can be more or less demanding depending on the physical conditions of each group.
A must see for wildlife lovers, which can only be enjoyed for a few days a year, from September to October, during the rutting season. The times where it is more likely and easier to enjoy the activity are during sunrise and sunset. This season tours are available on Saturday afternoon: 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm. Other days & timetables are offered on request.
Guided hiking route through Estaon Valley, in Alt Pirineu Natural Park, wihch starts and ends in the village of Sort. Two days to discover the landscapes and traditions, as well as meet and talk to the last inhabitants of one of the most unknown and remote valleys in the Pyrenees. The tour is led by a local mountain guide who has a very good knowledge of the territory and the mountain progression techniques.
A great adventure from North to South, four days of exciting activities. We will start walking the highest peaks and passing by the lakes of the National Park, where water is pure and vegetation is almost inexistent.
We will reach the source of the river and follow its course while cycling, until reaching the first inhabited village. Later, we will navigate 22km of river in an exciting rafting descent, with many rapids and also moments of calm waters.
Finally, we will spend the night in a glamping style mountain camp by the river, and will finish the adventure descending the popular Hell's Canyon, passing through the steep walls which the water shaped over centuries.
