 What is Outdoor Adventour? 

We are a DMC established in the town of Sort, at the heart of the Catalan Pyrenees. We organize trips for all types of public all year long, always adapting the levels of difficulty and demand. They can include adventure activities, hiking, cycling, skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing to get to know the most authentic Pyrenees in each season of the year.

What are the advantages of hiring a trip with you?

We work with the best providers in our area and we ensure the correct develompent of your trip and the necessary details at all times. In addition, we have a 24-hour emergency service to solve any problem that may arise. We know the importance and concern generated by having all the services reserved correctly. With Outdoor Adventour you will only have to worry about having fun and enjoying yourself. We take care of everything.

 What services do you offer?

Tell us what you need and we will provide it. We have our own taxi service in case you need to travel from anywhere in the territory. We also offer different types of accommodation according to your needs and we always adapt the trip to your conditions, skills and interests when proposing and carrying out the different activities.

 Do you organise bespoke trips? Can I modify any of your products?

¡Yes! Are you interested in any of our products but its length and some of the activities do not fit you? Contact us and we will prepare a nonbinding bespoke proposal according to your needs.

So, you could tell us what you like to do, what interests you have, what you would like to try... and our team will be able to give you advise on the most suitable experiences regarding your profile. And don't worry if your perfect adventure doesn't exist yet, we'll design it especially for you!

How many people can I travel with?

There is not a minimum or maximum number of people, you can travel alone or with all the people you want. Maybe with whole family? or the entire college class? Your choice!

 How long in advance should I book?

The earlier you book the better, so we can make sure you can do all the activities you have in mind and improve your experience. In any case, you can contact us anytime, although we recommend having the reservation formalized with a minimum of 30 days before the departure date.

What happens if I book a trip and some or all of the activities are cancelled at the last minute?

If any of the activities are cancelled due to the weather, we will make the necessary changes so that you can do that activity another day during the stay. If there is no time to do it, we will refund the money concerning that specific activity. In any case, the cancellation will be determined by the company. If the client decides to cancel at the last minute without the approval of the company, the money will not be refunded. In the event that you have to cancel your reservation due to a justified contagion of COVID-19, we will refund all the money you have paid.
