A company located in Sort won a mention at the Tourism Entrepreneur Awards 201706.06.2017 The jury highlighted the "environmental and social commitment" of Outdoor Adventour agency. Outdoor Adventour agency, which is located in Sort and led by Pepo Foz, has received a special mention in the 2017 Tourism Entrepreneur competition. The jury for the award, organized by the Campus of Tourism, Hospitality and Gastronomy at the University of Barcelona, wanted to highlight the work of “valuing historically depressed areas through authentic experiences that go beyond multi-activity”. He also emphasized the value of the company's proposals, which is specialized in active and adventure tourism in the Pyrenees. The are thought for the visitor to "discover the territory in an authentic way and environmentally and socially committed”. The first prize in the competition went to the project “Cap a mar”, which allows you to discover what Barcelona's fishing pier is like and offers the possibility of going fishing in different ways. In order to do the commercial, they decided to choose the star product of Outdoor Adventour: The Great Pyrenean Adventure. A rafting descent through the breathtaking and diverse landscapes of river Noguera Pallaresa and an exciting canyoning descent of Hell's Canyon, while spending a dream night under the stars in a unique mountain camp. The sweddish brand Haglöfs hires Guide Val d'Aran and Outdoor Adventour, to manage the Winter Highcamp 201628.03.2016 The brand Haglöfs, one of the best providers in the Scandinavian countries, Europe and Asia regarding material to explore nature, organised in our mountains a winter highcamp for a selected group of customers. During 3 days, those customers where led by a group of professional riders and practised many ski and safety, such as off-piste, mountain progression and ski rappelling. The two nights spent in the camp provided a unique and memorable experience: sleeping under the stars surrounded by snow. Watch the full video here. |

At FITUR 2016, an Outdoor Adventour product was awarded by the jury of Aire Libre28.01.2016 At the 21st edition of the competition Best Active Tourism Product of the National Adventure category devoted to foster the development and comercialization of the tourism industry, the award was given to one of our products "The Great Pyrenenean Adventure".
Being considered as one of the best national tourist products is a great satisfaction because we were competing with other interesting and high-quality proposals.

The company Gore-Tex rewards the European customer service with the product "Magic Inland Landscapes" of Outdoor Adventour28.11.2015 The landscapes of the lower Pyrenees have been the scenery where the Austrian Customer Service of Goretex experienced the adventure "Magic Inland Landscapes" The adventure consisted of a kayak route around Canelles dam, followed by a 2h via ferrata which ended up at the location where the camp was set. There, the group enjoyed the sky of the Montsant highlands declared as Starlight Reserve by UNESCO thanks to its quality, biodiversity and beauty of its overnight landscapes. On the following day, from the hermitage of Madonna of La Pertusa, the group went on a hike through the spectacular trail dug out of the rock of Mont-rebei Gorge. The activities of Outdoor Adventour were selected to show the Pyrenees at the Catalan TV show "Cosins germans"30.07.2015 The aim of this TV show, directed by Ferran Torrent and Empar Moliner, is to explain the resemblance between Catalans and Valencians. In a pure gastronomic and ethnological road movie style, the show reveals that catalans and valencians are, as the saying goes, first cousins. Presented as one of the most popular activities in the Pyrenees, Ferran Torrent goes on a kayaking descent in river Noguera Pallaresa with Araceli Segarra, both led by the Outdoor Adventour guides.
